Indeterminate loading spinner built on `ProgressCircle`, with an accessible label (defaults to `"Loading"`) and a `size` modifier.

### `SpinnerOwnProps`

SpinnerOwnProps: Omit<ProgressCircleProps, "value" | "getValueLabel"> & {
  label?: string;
  size?: SpinnerSize;
}
```

Props specific to {@link Spinner }, layered on top of `ProgressCircleProps`.
